WINNERS ANNOUNCED FOR THE 1ST EDITION OF THE TURQUOISE BAY INTERNATIONAL UNDERWATER FILM FESTIVAL ANNOUNCED
ROATAN, April 21, 2016 – Event founders Michel Labrecque and Julie Ouimet of N2Pix and Jesus Alberto Reyes, COO and Commercial Director of Turquoise Bay Dive & Beach Resort, are excited to announce the winners of the International Underwater Film Competition.

“We are very pleased by the number of submissions we received for this inaugural year of the Festival. The quality of the films we received is very encouraging, not to mention that of the winning films and the amazing prizes that were up for grabs”, indicated Michel Labrecque.
“Our judging panel was truly impressed by the films and we are very proud of the results of this first year”, indicated Julie Ouimet.

The Turquoise Bay International Underwater Film Festival was founded in 2015 as a joint effort between the Turquoise Bay Dive & Beach Resort in Roatan and the owners of N2Pix, a Canadian underwater imagery company. The International film competition rewards short underwater films.
